Gracias - Dia 3

I'm thankful for my grandparents and great-grandparents for making the decision to come to the US and fully immersing the family into the culture including learning English but keeping Spanish and Italian alive at home.  Thankful for my Nonna and Gram passing along their love of cooking to me, either in spirit or with actual cooking lessons.  Most of all I'm thankful to all my grandparents for starting out with next to nothing and working from the ground up teaching my parents the same lessons so they could pass them on to Linda and I.
